The ICQ Skins on this page were all created by Pam who has done a great job on the skins here from some of my pictures. She has a very good collection of skins including some more of my pictures for ICQ, Yahoo and WinAmp. Her site is a definite must visit for those who are into collecting skins for the aforementioned programs.

"ICQ Skins Two"

To use these skins, you must first have ICQ Plus. Once you have ICQ Plus installed, you are ready to download your skins. To install an ICQ skin: 1)Download the Zip file containing your new skin into any folder you wish. Be sure to remember where you downloaded the Zip file to. 2)Open ICQ Plus (Go to ICQ main menu - bottom left corner - and click on"Plus"). 3)Select "Import" and browse to the folder containing the downloaded Zipfile. 4)Open the file - you should now see a preview of the new skin. 5)Click "Apply" and all the files for the new skin will be copied into a new folder within the C:\Program Files\ICQ Plus\Skins directory and your ICQ display will change to show the new skin.
